F.A.Q.

We offer a variety of services to support you during pregnancy and postpartum, including birth support, nursery setup, newborn care, sleep training/ sleep consulting , lactation support, and help with pregnancy and infant loss.

A Doula is someone who supports you emotionally, physically, and with information during pregnancy, birth, and after your baby arrives. With a doula, you’ll have someone by your side to help you feel confident and cared for.

A Newborn Care Specialist helps you with your baby’s care, teaching you about safe sleep, feeding, and daily routines. Unlike Baby Nurses or Night Nurses, who are medical professionals, we focus on guiding you through your baby’s early weeks with expert non-medical support.

Our sleep consultants help you create a plan to improve your baby’s sleep. We work with you to find routines and strategies that help your baby sleep better, so you can all rest easier.

To book our services, just contact us for a consultation. We’ll discuss your needs and create a plan that’s right for your family.

It depends on your needs. Some families prefer support for the first few months, with 5 to 7 nights a week, to help their baby sleep through the night. Others may need more or less time. We’ll help you decide what works best for you.

Yes, we do require a contract. For doula support, 60% of the total investment is due upon signing, with the full balance payable by 37 weeks gestation. For postpartum care services, a 30% retainer secures your booking. For sleep consulting, the full balance is required upfront. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.
