One of the most common questions I get from new parents is how to know if their breastfed baby is being well fed. Thankfully, there are a few key indicators that can help you determine if your little one is getting enough to eat. Check it out!
Weight gain:
Regular weight gain is one of the most reliable signs that your baby is getting enough to eat
Adequate wet diapers:
A Well-fed baby should have at least six to eight wet diapers in a 24- hour period.
Contentment after feeding:
A satisfied baby will appear relaxed and content after a feeding session.
Active and alert periods:
Adequately fed babies tend to have periods os alertness and engagement with their surroundings.
